It is beautiful there!! I am planning to go back next year and do the trip I originally wanted to do.

Here is another cool route through MT and ID. It is the Magruder road.

Hehe!! That is coming up in the next installment!! That was a fantastic ride through there!! I am going to give the Tour of Idaho a go in two summers. I am planning on a new Husaberg 570 for that trip.

Awesome report there Red. Great scenery. The name "big sky country" really fits. Can't wait for the rest of the report. Don't skimp on the pics.

It is hard to take pictures when you are riding solo because you never really want to stop. I did take quite a few but none of the gnarly bits.

I'm enjoying your report so far, and I'll be tuning in for updates. I've done some traveling on my Husky, but not the KLX...yet.

The KLX is a very good ADV bike, for lots of reasons. I even did a few hours on Interstates with no issues.
