Default Missing a beat

I had issues last year of the bike quiting on me at random. Only happened twice. I rejetted the bike this spring. Now it seems to miss a beat here and there. Not really noticable, just feels like it misses. Happens normally at cruising speed. I haven't done the kick stand yet, probably should. What's the correct way to disable an 09 kickstand.

Follow the wires up from the stand switch to under the seat, and unhook the two wires and connect the two from the bike, and tape off the wires from the switch.

I removed my switch completely.

Sounds like you are a bit lean in the mid range. Maybe raise the needle one notch.

Running DJ 116 third notch. 2 7/8 turns out. Stock snorkel and uni filter. Hard to believe i'm lean, but you might be right. MPG dropped from 60 to 52 city. Getting 45 highway.

if its an 09 or newer you may need to do the rectifier ground mod. Fixed the cruising RPM miss i was having.

I should do this now since I have my bike all apart for the 351 upgrade.
