06 bought new, 7400 miles.

 

09 I bought it in July and it has about 2000 KM. I hope to crank on the mileage on my trip this summer. 14 days of nothing but riding through the interior of BC.

2009 bought new June 2008. 1742 miles.

 

HAHA such a run of irony. I'm the guy talkin' bout not riding long distances, and I've got more miles on my '09 than most of you guys have on your 06/07 bikes. Mikey bought his the same month as me and I've got 3x as many miles as him.

I also have a 2009 KLX250S I bought in October 2008. You have the mileage edge over me, must be the nicer winter weather. I used to live in San Diego for about 4 years, so I envy you guys during the winter. I have 473 miles. Should have been over 500 on my day off yesterday, it was 70 and sunny, but I stayed home to nurse a cold. Curses.

My miles should increase quite a bit as the weather improves.

 

Psh I bought it while working 45+ hours a week, right now I work 20-25 on top of 15 credit hours of college classes this semester However, the joys of retail, I get to ride many afternoons during the week, which is how I've racked up the miles. During the summer it was no problem to put on 60 miles a day 4 or 5 days a week.
