I think mine was temp sensitive too. There were times when I could cause it to run poorly by holding the throttle a tiny bit open and it would surge. At other times it ran fine under the same conditions. That's the frustrating thing about carb tuning.

What main are you running? I very rarely run wide open, so I would say that at this point I haven't even tested that circuit. I had a 132.5 but decided to change to the 130 at the last second after reading way to many threads.

I am not sure what's up with people running super rich pilots and jet needles, but I find it hard to imagine needing them when so many people run setups very close to what I have. If this is working for both of us it must be pretty close.

Hey Guys! As you may recall, I posted up with close to these jets a while back. TNC, sorry I didn't reply to your ? of where I got my #s but these are them. I left the country on some business soon after then and just spaced it. So there you go. I tried a few other settups but came back to tigers as 'the shlt'.
