Luggage rack for a KLX 250 ?

Default Luggage rack for a KLX 250 ?

Hi everyone my 1st post.
I ordered a KLX 250 today, my 1st Kawasaki, and the dealer can't get me a back luggage rack.
Does anyone know where i can get a luggage rack for a KLX 250 please guys, from in the UK

I'm debating on a www.cycleracks.com model. A lot of people say they are ugly but, they will work much better for me when I load the KLX heavily. They also offer paniers if you need the capacity to hold a lot of stuff.

And don't forget the free mods. They really wake this motorcycle up. I'm not sure about your cost in the UK but, I have ~$100US is some car parts, a K&N filter, some other small things.

I also put a 46tooth rear sprocket on instead of a 13tooth front and I am very happy with my choice.

Hi Sid i had a look at cycleracks.com i live in England, i will have to contact them and see if thay ship to the UK the rack looks cool though.

Just remember that the UK bike is also FI so that limits what mods you can do to "wake up" the bike. DynoJet did say in an email to me last week that their UK Office could be contacted about possibly doing the testing work required to get a Power Commander made for the 09 FI KLX. Hint Hint...

Turbocity.com also has racks plus other goodies for these bikes.

I bought a Nomadic Rack - took 2 weeks to get to the UK from the US.

Downside - I had to pay VAT/import duty before I could collect it from FedEx.

Upside - quality and fit is superb. Excellent piece of kit.
