I compromised with the lowering links, I know I should have it done properly. Glad your happy at least I know I can send it there now if I decide to get it done

Maybe Mav, but, for me it was the front end.
I could only slide it up 1/2 an inch or so.
Not nearly enough for me.
Remember. i am a lot shorter than most on here.
(Ok I lied, make that everyone):) (bordering on dwarfism):(
If you can get the front end at the right height and then balance the rear with links and sag setting, then stiffer springs should be enough.
Worth thinking about before the big bucks are spent.

And another thing is cutting down the seat,
I'm not ruling that out, but my "but" keeps protesting.:D

These guys make an awesome product IMHO.;)
They do indeed Gavin.
But I think I got the wrong bash plate.
This one is great at protecting the RHS, water pump etc.
It doesn't do much for the LHS.
I think yours is better for all round protection.
