Default Looky what came in the mail!

James Renazco worked his magic on my seat pan and here's how it came out. I opted for the marine grade, heavy duty vinyl cover due to thehumid summerswe have around here...not to mention it's $100.00 less than the suede version. No chance to install it yet as the dealer is remodeling his spaces and my bike is packed into a back room like a sardine (I'm keeping my bike at his shop during the winter). The remodeling should be done in a couple of weeks, so Ishould have a pic ofthe seatinstalled on the bike by then. The marterials and workmanship of this seatare first rate throughout.Too bad I'll have to wait until spring for a proper review.Seems pretty plush to the touch though.Top View:

Side view:

Heres the stock seat for perspective. Sorry for the lousy shot, it's all I have of my old seat. As you can see, it's obviously narrower than the Renazco.

As far as I know, this isa first (Renazco seat on a KLX250). Nobrakes would have beat me to it if he hadn't gone orange in midstream

About $300.00 for the basic, black vinyl covered version that I got. If you opt for the suede or leather, it will cost an additional $100.00, so they're definitely not cheap, but the quality is first rate and I've heard nothing but great reviews of them. There are only two people building the seats -James Renazco and ChrisHickson-and there is a long waiting list, but they refuse to increase the size of their operation because they feel that would compromise the quality.

You can get them in all sorts of colors as well. These guys are unique in that they specialize in enduro seats wherasother companies concentrate on the big owly buttedseats for touring machines.

LOL! I almost bullied my dealer into pulling my bike out, but he looked so troubled that I decided to wait until he's done remodeling the shop. I tried to get to my bike, but it was packed in the middle of a bunch of other bikes in a back room and there just wasn't enough space to work. It will be about two weeks until the remodeling of his shop is done, so I'll definitely fit the seat at that time.

The seat looks great. I hope it is as comfortable as it looks. My seat is out in CA. waiting for James to work his magic on it next week. I went with the black suede top, and the smooth black vinyl on the sides like yours has. I'll post pics whenI get it back.

You'll love it tremor. I went back to my stock seat for a few rides so I could run my smaller gas tank (better for the tight single-track) and that really drove home just how much more comfortable the Renazco seat is. It feels good right away, but it will feel even better after it is broken in some. My second one should be here Thursday according to FedEx tracking.
