That's what I was thinking. Seriously. If the condition of each is close, just swap. Much less work and then everything is factory correct.

Seems like you shouldn't have any problem as the SM setup is more expensive. There are way more sumo conversions than dirt conversions.

I also have a SM because I only street ride..
I'm also in SoCal in Topanga Canyon.
It's an SM Disntyland chock full of twisty roads.
