Anyone in the Houston area willing to trade everything for the swap?

Sounds like a plan. Looking to swap. wheels/tires, forks, rear shock/spring, and lower dog bones. Have a bout 2000 miles on my bike. Never laid down.
Any way you can get some good pics of your front brake caliper mounting so I can compare the 2. SF has a bigger rotor and not sure if the calipers are different.

I'm still torn about getting some 17's at some point, they look cool but i really like the way that 21 inch front just rolls over stuff so easily. lol

What actually changes between the two bikes for the speedo? Where is the difference between the two? As for being off, I think the SF is really close to what it should be.

I understand that comes off of the wheel. But what is different between the S and SF speedo setup?
I am wondering if the two model use the exact same setup and that's why the SF is almost spot on and the S is ahead a few MPH since it has a larger tire.

The S Model overall tire diameter is 27.30 and the SF overall diameter is 24.16 for a difference of 12%. So when you swap the S with the smaller wheels will make the speedo run 12% higher than original and 12% slower for the SF. With the S being around 7 t0 10% off from the factory it will now be 19 to 22% off. I think the difference in factory speedos is all internal and cannot be change by the consumer. Try the 12Oclocklabs.com speed correction devise. I have it and it works great.
It would be easier to just swap entire bikes.
