Nope, he converted it over.

"Hey there, I have read the threads on here many times, and thought I would share a pic of my bike. It is a 2006 klx250s, converted over to a supermoto. I have had it on the trail a few times, but it is my daily driver (approx. 30 miles a day). Bought it back in february, and it has about 7000 miles on it.

New Parts Include:
Plastic shrouds
Fenders
Headlight
Taillight (LED, bright as sin)
Turn Signals
Lowering Links
Kickstand Cut down
Seat Cover
Air Box Mod

Parts that are going to be changed:
Exhaust
Carb
Jet Kit
Bars
Levers/Grips"

Yep. The shrouds and side panels are from a D-tracker. Actually, you can make this bike look exactly like a D-tracker for about $500.00..although most wouldn't go so far as to use the the stock head plastics or rear fender/tail light combo.

I can answer part of the first question for you EMS the D-Tracker uses a 39 tooth rear sprocket

The exhaust and smog stuff are exactly the same as stateside KLX250...with the exception that there is no EPA tamper plug on the fuel screw. As a matter of fact, I just plugged-off my smog plumbing and removed the big clunky vacuum operated valve/hoses from the top of the valve cover. Like Maverick said, it uses a 39 toot rear sprocket and 14 on the CS.
