Local trails rule :d
Had a blast on my tod yesterday. No one out whatsoever.
Red Bull must have drawn the crowds. Trails were dry with little dust, but for the most the grip was still lacking. We need more rain and I need a new 606 on the rear.
Set out from Mundaring and criss crossed the power lines (west to east) for a while before heading south towards Flynn. Plenty of the smaller trails east and west of Nokine Rd and north of Reservoir Rd. Great fun out that way. Plenty of smaller trails if you look. had a bit of hill climb action at one point that had me on my toes (see pic/vid.) All in all a great day out. I even stopped for lunch just off Ruen Rd and took in the view.
Small hill that needs serious commitment.:deal

A close up of the marbles that make drifting so much fun here in WA.
A shot from the top down.

A shot up past the 'crux' pitch.

Mmmmmm. Hot food and a cup of "Rosie."

The Pig would be a handful up there. It's short but very rocky and a grad' of 1 in 5. It has a right hander to get round just before the top on the steepest part.
The entry is off Oak Gorge Rd just east of Gorry Rd.
See it here.

That does look like fun.
Some day I want to be able to ride this trail on my bike. I made it no problem on my 4 wheeler in low range.
By the way I am moving to a new house that is only about 5 miles from this trail. Gotta love the local trails no matter where you are.
