Default A Little Trim For My Rear End

As I stated, I'd make a thread about this today, so here it is -- the cleaning up of the ***-end of the '09.

Take off the plate -- take off the mounting bracket that holds the plate.

Now, take that bracket, and flip it upside down. Position it right up under the tail light. Mark the holes, and draw a line where the cut will be made.

I took a Dremel w/ the 3' wand and used a plastic cut-off wheel. I simply trimmed off all the excess plastic. Took me maybe 45 minutes to do. And, the best part -- it looks freakin' great!

Thanks!

It was actually muddy about two weeks ago, but I hosed it all off for my guy to put in my jet kit.

Down here, we have sand, and lots of it. Not to mention, it often gets left out in the rain, so it is "washed" regularly.

Oh, and I put the Renthal's on today. What a bitch that was...

Looks like you did a really good job with it, bud. Sweet pics. I still wanna do it without hacking up the plastic, though. Get the signals tucked in.
