LETS POST SOME PIC OF YOUR BAD @$$ KLXs
New to us 2009 KLX250
To be shared between my son (in picture) and me. He wants a dirt bike, I want a more serious off road dual sport than my KLR650. Can one bike fill jultiple bills....? I'll find out!

I do imagine that this look says.... "So Dad... you really think that you will be getting on MY bike?"

She does not tow well in her current configuration, but I already ordered the FMF power bomb header, FMF muffler, and KN carb jet kit. I'll entice EMS over with promises of beer to do the carb with me.
I need to order the skid plate, and bark busters soon.
Took her to the local watering hole last night, just about a mile each way. Wow, you really miss the wind protection that the new body style KLR has when you ride this little thing in the cold.

got the new 13/45 sprockets installed just after coming back from the desert. Dang! I wish I would have had them on BEFORE riding out there, would have helped alot climbing some of that single track stuff!

Here is what works for me to combat the cold. Wolfman tank bags, heated vest and the '08 KLR stock windshield. Not quite as good as the KLR that I sold to get this bike, but every little bit helps.
