Tonchi how does the (black bike) dual sport tires run on the trails? thanks

Better than expected... not the ideal tires of course, but we were going pretty fast (70 - 80 kmh) for a slippery road and he had no trouble.

 

Well it looks like KLX riders like to travel to a lot of the same places! HAHA Tea Kettle Junction, Titus Canyon, Panamint springs, etc.. That was day one!

 

Now I have the correct thread to quote! And I can post up some more pics from my Death Valley trip.

 

Hello everyone! This is my first post on these forums so I thought I'd better start with a picture of my bike. This was day 3 on my first trip to the desert in Arizona. We were riding in the Four Peaks area northeast of Phoenix. What a great experience! Except for when I wrecked in the creek and sucked in a cylinder full of water..haha! That was on day 2 but after draining the water from the carb & cylinder, I got back to town and changed the oil that evening, it actually ran great on day 3. What an awesome place to ride that was!
