I believe they purchase them off of eBay from people in Japan who pull them off of D-Trackers.

I am putting together a couple of black kits, still waiting on left side number plates. I will have them up soon, i hope.

I got the black plastics from Babitt's online OEM store. they are from an 09 SF model. http://www.babbittsonline.com/
