Armycopter, good pic and good times. Your son will remember that forever. The nice thing about the kids is that they are small enough to go with you on the klx. It was almost 60 here yesterday, so my son and I hopped on the bike, and took a short ride over to grandpa and grandma's.

I don't want to hijack the thread but we did the same thing today! Put him on the back of the KLX and went out to breakfast (Keilbasa and eggs - Man Food!).

Had to pickup a gallon of paint at home depot. It was interesting strapping a gallon of paint to my rack... Got some funny looks.

It's great to be able to do this type of stuff with him. I will say that I did notice the power difference with an extra 70 lbs on the back though!

Keeping with the father son theme i'll post my bike and my sons. The training wheels shall be coming off hopefully over Easter weekend so fingers crossed!!!!
The second pic is the new custom graphics i got whipped up for it. I'm pretty wrapped for $200AUD i thought. Sorry about the tiny pics.

My God I love the supermoto look too...I figure I must just be greedy..I want both...dirt and streetability, but my wallet (and wife) are in agreement that I should not get the supermoto rims and tires.

Cool pics with your sons bikes too...my wife and I are trying to have another child (have one daughter right now, she's 11 and is more-so mommy's girl now than daddy's little girl)...lol

Over the winter, I greased the headset and swingarm bearings, and while the bike was apart, did a thorough cleaning. I sent the kickstand, rack, and skidplate out to be powder coated, then installed some new Zeta handguards, Works Connection frame guards, and new turn signals. The turn signals are just $15 incandescent jobs from cyclegear.com, but suprisingly, they are just as bright as the stockers.
