Default Lengthen kickstand?

Howdy,

I just put some raising links on my new-to-me KLX250, and now when I put it on the sidestand it's really close to tipping over. Does anyone know where I can get a kickstand extender? Or is this something I'm going to have to have custom made? Thanks.

It's steel. Find a pipe with the internal diameter the same as the external diameter of the stand. Cut a 3 inch length. Cut your stand an inch from the base. Slide the pipe over the stand. Measure and mark it up. Weld her up. Job done.
Can you weld?
Do you know a welder?
Looks like a 6 pack job if you know someone who can weld. Total cost less than $10.
Cheers.

Did you factor in the cost of the six pack with your $10 estimate?

That was the $10 estimate. A 24 case here is under $30.
