Met up with Perry on his KLX and Bill on his Honda Shadow in Shady Cove. The forest fires are raging all around us so we will be staying out of the way. We are planning on riding north on hwy 62 (Crater Lake hwy), past Lost Creek Lake ,Union Creek,past the turn off for Crater Lake onto hwy 230 to Diamond Lake for gas then west on hwy 138 to some waterfalls. A quick stop at Diamond lake to check on one of the guys buddies cabin for him.

I,ve never seen a two story outhouse before.

Perry had to check it out also.

Gas at Diamond Lake ,onward towards the first waterfall. Clearwater falls right off the road .


Whitehorse falls just 5 more miles away.


Next stop Watson Falls 272 ft drop, but we have to walk a little ways to this one,not
far,but it is up hill and we are all old and fat.. here we go Watson creek not that big.

Lunch time finds us at Lemolo Lake lodge for the best sandwhich I have ever had. Period
We were going for a Lemolo burger,but were talked out of one for a slow....smoked over
8hrs Tri-Tip steak sandwhich with horesradish and mayo and a basket of fries oh baby.
