http://www.werproducts.net/big_trelle.php these are the ones that were always advertised on DBTV. I'm thinking of taking my worn out Kenda's and just putting the sheet metal screws to em.

so how do you keep the screws from poking holes in the tubes? just cut up another old tube to make a liner?

I'm thinking of running the shortest screws I can find and just put them in the long outer lugs. Maybe 3/8" to 1/2" long at the most. I'd screw them in from the outside so the hex head is what bites, not the screw thread. Or if I had a 3rd set of wheels I'd run a set of those Bib Mousse foam solid inserts with some seriously "screwed up" tires.
