Hi all, im planing on painting my plastics, but cant find krylon spray here in my country on ebay no shipping to sri lanka

I don't think you can ship spray paint overseas. Ground only.

 

No one will post you a pressurized spray can. Very annoying considering hundreds of thousands of tourists carry spray cans onto planes every day.

Do they sell this stuff in unpressurized paint tin? If so rent an air brush & compressor & Bobs ya uncle.

Vinyl wrapping is the way forward, i've been very impressed with the couple of cars & bikes with vinyl wrap that i have seen done locally here.

 

Check the automotive paint stores or auto body shops. They should stock something similar to Krylon to paint plastic bumpers and other body parts.
