KLX351 sticker ?
Not yet, I haven't got a shot of the side cover and measurements of critical lengths to make one. I have an 09, the reason why I have done them. If I can get with my brother I can get the stuff to try to do the early model, which would include the 300s as well.
As for now I need one more for the red/black/white to set up an order. I also need to get a set made to test, but I don't have the 351 so I'm doing a custom set for myself. I will have the print made next week.

A year ago I made a two part #3 overlay sticker that looks pretty good from a few feet away. I had a hard time making a #1 that looked any good so I stayed with the 350. I used red vinyl as a back and black for the hand cut #3. I like Mark's a whole lot better so you can count me in for a set. Mark, are you going to sale them on eBay like your manual cam chain tensioner? By the way, your tensioner made a world of difference in my engine noise.
I really plan to sell them direct as much as possible, ebay costs around $3-4 for every transaction I have at the roughly $30 the tensioners sell for. Why pay the fee if you know where I am? I just prefer direct when possible, no middleman stuff with different user names and no email addresses or phone numbers allowed in messages.
The key is recourse for a bad sale and that is accomplished with the use of PayPal. As long as you use the merchandise payment method you have the ability to dispute a sale if it isn't what is represented or just plain doesn't show up. The buyer has the most power in that they freeze the money so it cannot be taken out. In addition I won't take money out of my PayPal account for parts that have not been shipped. I use the PayPal money request, which is only a request, it is not a bill and is not required to be paid. It just makes sending the right amount easier to do. Of course I will still accept checks/money orders mailed to me too.
In other words we deal direct by email and your safeguard is PayPal, but I'm thinking my reputation here and on other forums with the cam chain tensioner proves you will get quality and I will go out of my way to do it right... just don't count on me sending multiple emails telling you when it will be sent, when it is sent, and tracking codes, I just don't get around to that every time and I figure we'll hit the tracking if needed. I've NEVER had the USPS lose anything sent in the US, Canada, Western Europe, Asia, Australia, or South America.
Besides, when selling at cost, there is no mark up to absorb anything.
I am going to do the stickers in two styles if possible. I will do the full sticker with the white panel filling in below the scallop and I am looking at doing the one just like the OEM part where there is a white outline. My reasoning is that if you aren't super-skillful doing stickers the OEM style with 2 pieces can have a bit of placement error without looking bad. The full sticker will need to conform much closer to the shape of the cover in that area. That is why I have to do a sticker up for my bike - to make sure it will work. I figure I'm going to have about $50 in this before I send the first one. It has to be right or it isn't done! Right now I'm on my fifth modification of the full sticker to get as close as possible.

On my bike, its exactly the same color and size as this.

The examples above seem larger and longer and go over the bolt holes.
So i'm guessing there's different styles out there, but am i correct in thinking that you're only going to be selling the longer type with those above color schemes?

Looking that image I can do an adequate duplication of the striping positions and so on. One problem are the colors. I need to know a good description of the colors. It isn't clear to me in the shot. The sticker design isn't as critical a fit as the 09 graphic which has the cut out for the seat bolt holes and in my one design has to conform to the shape of the area running up around the "number plate" section. Of course my owning an 09 made it the model to do what I did. If I had another later model or something that would change it.
I could do about anything with the sticker area now that I have the layout for the 09-16. All my images were using the 09 pattern, but the striping could be hacked around about any way I want. The Mad Kaw eliminated the lower scallop and substituted a cow skin-like fill on the rest in a kind of fun rendition.
If you have something in mind let me know.
Edit:
I did some quick work. This is what I saw of the photo. A black to white fade on top and a white panel under. The black represents the plastic side cover. I'm not too thrilled with the look of the left side, I need to see one to know what's going on. I think there's something better. Perhaps a black outline on the white displacement text. I don't know. But as you see, the work can be done.

Not sure if this helps or not but here are pics of our 2010 both sides up close. There was a bit of a glare that I couldn't eliminate, and on one side the sticker has damage (although you can see the outline of where the sticker used to be).

Following a similar outline to that would make sticker placement a lot more forgiving...

Kind of my thoughts too. All the stock ones have that big room for error. I may try to lay out that design. Not sure about the text though.
The one I laid out with the full cover doesn't. I'm going in tomorrow to order the test set for my bike. From there I'll be ready if all goes well.

Well, $37.45 later here are the results...

I made a bit of a mistake in the first side, pulling the sticker a bit too tight causing a small wrinkle I cut out. On the other side I was a bit more gentile, no problems. I did do a few small alterations on the design to fit a shade closer. The material used is the same as used for body wraps on cars/trucks/etc. Same as my stickers.
All in all, it works fine. The abbreviated versions would be a snap to install. I know the tricks for sure.
I have done both the 351 and 331 in the red/black abbreviated version and in the full sticker that covers the area below and back from the scallop to the break where the number plate area joins. The ones in the image are the full sticker, with a Converse All Star emblem in the print.
