picked up a 06 klx 250 dual sport laste winter bike runs okay but I think it could use
some more power
when i bought it the guy had installed one of them Q4 exhaust with the powerbomb header and had it rejetted but it needs more for me
what do you guys do to these things i,m new to these bikes i always played with the old lt500r quadzilla motors
Is the 330 bigbore kit worth the money or will it just waste the bottom end
i still want it to be reliable and not have to work on it all the time

 

Best thing I ever did to get my 07 more power was 100 extra cc's

Everything else I did added a little bit, but not much. I wasn't really happy with any mod till I did the big bore kit.

 

Best mod you can do is the big bore. As far as reliability goes no one has had an issue caused by Bill's big bore kit that I'm aware of. lowing your gearing goes along way too.
13/45 is good. I know some guys that run 13/47 with the big bore and they're bikes haul the mail pretty good.
