I have a 09 Calif KLX250S which will die on me when warmed up, not all the time, but intermitantly. Took to dealer, said that overfilled once or so and drained the little smog can, reset idle still have the problem. I disconnected the red fuel line from tank and blocked it vented the blue line and blocked the line from the "T" on the carb going to the charcoal filter. I had it quit on me this morning, idle is at 1200. I bought a Dyno-Jet kit and am buying a two brothers exhaust, hope this cures the problem if not has anyone run into this problem with an emission equiped Kawee? Any other bits of advice would be greatly appreciated, I am a pretty good mechanic so this won't be a problem.

We don't get the smog stuff down here. Just remove it.
