I know you want to help and I appreciate that..
I'll be fine with this.

He accomplished exactly what you are asking about. All details are available on his page.. And his "experiments" gave us a bunch of useful info about everything connected to EFI 351's - such as the HP limit of the stock injector ( 27-28 hp, which is about what a "uncorked" 351 will make )..

Also, Jeff is a member - I do not know if he keeps up with the forum postings.. @J Higgens
And Jeff bought a KLX300 after the 351 build so who knows.

I got the keng engine 330cc kit on 2018 klx250 with the race cams, bigger injector, lidless, EJK is working good. The only issue so far is some occasional stalling. Still early days after first mechanic made a few mistakes with the install.

It helped the mechanic used a dyno to tune it. It's around 28-29hp

I have a second klx same year model I'm going to possibly put the EJK on after some smaller modifications and may still fit the dyno jet to the 330.

She is an animal offroad now. Still a little lacking in front suspension. Welp, not sure what can do about that

Hi,
front suspension. - I tried.
I took a thicker fork oil - liqui moly 7,5
and I used 5mm spacer for the spring.
Space I took out again.
Itīs not expenive to give the oil a try.
And you can use bit more oil 3 or 4 mm - so less air in the fork- my theories should help avoid bottoming.

Any update on this? Looking to upgrade 2 klx300sm wanting a little more pep so we can drop the rear sprocket and get a little less rpm out of highway. Speeds. Hoping someone has good success with a 351 kit and efi.
