Default KLX at bike night

Well yesterday after work i had to run and grab a new tube for my KLR650 because i got a flat an hour from home on wednesday. I got the tube and got home and fixed it. Then because i got the KLX done the day before, brakes, tire, sprockets and chain, i took it to the weekly bike night at Quaker Steak and Lube. My riding buddies all meet up there thursdays to hang out and BS. I hit some trails before hand. BTW IDRDR, 14/46 gearing is what i would call damn near perfect. Good road manners, great on the trail.

Thats my buddies GS beside me.

Your Thursday night rides sound like a hoot. Good to hear on the damn near perfect. I'm 14/45 now. Think I'll pull the trigger and get on it Sunday night.

On the KLR i have the HD alum one.

On the KLX, i wanted a better skid plate right after i bought it and the utah one wasnt out yet, so i bought the works connection alum skid plate.
I dont really have a pic of it. It was made for the KLX300. Fits fine.

The works model is smaller, isn't it? I couldn't see it under the mud on the green bike above.
