If you have both shop manuals, does it give you the instructions you need to perform this upgrade?

If not, what should I expect a shop to charge me for installation?

The only hard part is removing the clutch drum.
I was able to accomplish the installation using only a shop manual and a parts diagram so that I had a rough idea of the order the small parts went together.
Take care to torque the fasteners to spec as well.

It really is a fairly easy job for a halfway decent backyard mechanic.
