Kawasaki lowered the price of its KLX250S and SF - Now either for $4,999

Hi All:

For those interested in a new 2010 Kawasaki KLX250, the SF is $700 less expensive according to the Kawasaki website this morning...

With some discounting, closer to $4K than $5K new after some negotiation + TTL of course.

In Australia they have dropped the price A$500 to an RRP of A$6,990. Seems a pretty sweet deal, but one has to wonder why they've dropped it. When does the 2011 model get announced or become available?

xcel, I read your KLX250sf review on cleanmpg and it was great. Amazing the mpg that these things can get on the street.

Interesting read on the KLX fuel mileage. I'm sure I don't get that kind of fuel economy with my bike as I can't keep from cracking the throttle open and enjoying the power.
The bike is alot of fun to ride especially after I did the mods.
I think you get alot of bike for the money. IMO.
