Just added one to mine also to supplement the existing headlight. Mine is a 6 x 3w CREE bar from china, mounted between the headlight and fender. will snap some pics when I can.

Heres where mine is mounted

Was thinking of putting one of the 4" "combo" beam work lights in place of my headlight. Decided to do a projector retrofit instead, parts on the way.

I went a little overboard on mine. But then again, it was anonymously gifted to me. It turns night into day and runs on smallish portable batteries. Task Racing, can’t complain.

With the light so low over the fender does it interfere with light on the road? Any chance we can see some night time pics on the street with it?

So my light bar is spliced into my highbeam for now. This is on a bit of an incline so it looks like it's aimed lower than it is and the fender shadow does look much bigger than it does when riding. 55/60w H4 bulb in the headlight
