Default Just picked up my KLX250

I've been lurking around here for about a week now anticipating purchasing a dual sport, and of course looking to see what I can do to unlock a few extra hp. My first choice was a Yamaha WR250R, but I couldn't find many and they were all way more than I was looking to spend. Anyway I just got home with my 2007 KLX250 with 2,200 miles and a two brothers exhaust for $2,500. It's obviously a big difference from my '05 Yamaha R1, but I'm looking forward to getting back to the dirt trails since I haven't dirt biked much in close to a decade. Unfortunately I have to wait to get the lien release from the previous owner before I can hit the road, but I'll tear up the backyard for the next few days.

Anyway, just wanted to say whats up!

Welcome to the forums, and of course the greatest bike ever!...Well the 06 is the best one but the 07 is close. Have fun, and give us a proper introduction in the new members area so we can get an idea of who you are. Peace KLX brother!!!

Welcome.
Good deal that, 2.5k with 2200 on the clock.
Of course once you start snooping around here you can kiss goodbye to another 2k in mods.
