Glad to hear you have the bike back Deej. I mentioned that I also noticed a tapping in the top end. Not very bad, but Sunday I rode with another KLX and I noticed that his has the same noise and it's only 2 weeks old. So, I'll just keep a close ear on mine for now.

Did you ride to work today?

thats about how many miles mine had when i took it in for the valve clearance check. cause thats what i thaught the ticking was........ keep an ear out if it gets louder..

yea, i think it was the same thing as deej's bike... should get it back fri or sat or tuesday..... but i want it now......

i went over my buddies house tonite... he has a kawi vulcan 800 cc cruiser... he let me take it for a spin, wow what a difference... just made me want mine back even more....

Glad to hear your bike is on it's way to being fixed. I know if I don't ride mine for about 3 day's or so it really starts gnawing at me.

I'll bet that vulcan is a beast compared to the klx.
