Well I have been on this forum for quite a while now, and I am proud to say that I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2007 klx250s. My real name is Jeff and this is my first dirt/offroad bike. I have owned 3 different ninjas in the past and some quads. I am not sure what to expect as far as performance from the little bike, but I bought it with the intentions that I will have to put some money in to it. My goal is to hopefully put into it the difference it would have cost to buy a wr250f, and in the end have a bike of equal or more performance. The license plate was the big thing for me, and of course that it is green, and for some odd reason every bike and quad I have owned has been a kawi. I was going to see if for my first mod I could put duals on it (muzzy down one side and a big gun down the other) so during exhaust arguments/discussions I could have a biased opinion

Sweet! You should be able to hop it up as much as you care to, the sky's the limit with this bike. I always thought someone should use a Muzzy head pipe and a Big Gun silencer, or vice versa. I think soon after that poor person might starting hearing voices in their head ... arguing with each other.
