In Ohio, for what it's worth, if the light won't cycle within a reasonable wait (about 5 minutes, very few cycles are more than 2 minutes, but 5 makes it beyond doubt) or a full cycle without giving you the signal, you can treat the light as a stop sign. All traffic control signals are to be able to pick up all kinds of motorvehicles, not just cars and trucks. They can be set to do so too. There are several around my area that will pick up either of my motorcycles.

Alright you monkey!!! LOL And its 1.8 miles not 2 unless I take the long war around which pushes it to 2.5 so shuttie. hahahaha

Is this the type of magnet that was mentioned? Could easily rig up one of my own.

GREENLIGHT TRIGGER-ORIGINAL - Cheap Cycle Parts

Looks like a cheap way to trigger the 3 or so lights I always get stuck at. Tried the moving around and stopping in different spots to trigger it, but haven't tried the kickstand trick yet.
