Torque spec on sprocket nut ??????????????
My KLR650 has the same size nut. 69lb is what I have torqued it, same as the rear axle. I also use anti-seize.

I beelive it's something like 28 or 30mm. I used either a 1-1/8" or 1-1/16" and it's close enough.

Thanks, I guess that's a start until we get the manuals! I say that because our 06KLX250S Owners Manual states the rear axle nut as being 80, not 69 (if I remember right, it's out in the garage, but I believe it is not 69).
