Well....My awesome new year has begun.I broke my left foot for the second time in 6 months so i'm casted for another 4-6 weeks.....The 1st time was the #5 metatarsal and now it's a hairline fracture in the #5 and a fracture in the #4.I just can't win ......Not sure where i picked up the bad luck from but this really sucks.at least it's not nice spring or summer weather so that is a bright side to this.

 

That sucks man, I don't know how you feel, so far I have made it 43 years and nothing broke yet, well my wallet but that's every payday. How did you break your foot man? I guess if you're going to break something it may as well in the dead of winter. Heal up so you can ride again.

 

Oh and P.S. I love the sig, kind of reminds me of:

"Its been proven that 60% of the time, it works everytime." [8D] I don't know where I heard that before, but it is funny.

 

Well the first time i broke it was when i jumped down the steps in bare feet chasing my daughter when we were horsing around....this second time was by slamming my foot into my coffee table.

 

I feel your pain man. I broke my leg and tore my acl last july. Still hurts and not able to do any hard riding yet. Can't afford to land on it wrong and reinjure it.took to long to get to this point. good luck with the break and here's to spring riding!!

 

Heal up quick.

I separated my right shoulder and cracked some ribs in September and ruined my last two months of riding season [:'(] So I feel ya

 

Yep, been there done that and I do feel your pain! But in the end, it's all about the stories and the scars!!

I did this in 1987 and it's been a beeeeatch ever since. The ankle joint is completely gone - bone on bone.

 

AYYYAYYAYYYAAA! Mark, that looks like you've got a veritable hardware store in your lower extremities! I guess that was before JB Weld became popular as a common reconstruction method.
