Default I dont want to blame IMS tank but...

Finally I mounted large IMS tank that gave me about 300km of range plus 5 gallon spare canister. It opened my horizons and I could make all day trips on my KLX250s..... but.... after first ride I realised that now most of my riding is not on the pegs and I couldnt walk that evening. My mates been dying looking at my walking style of monkey with haemorrhoids In short words - large tank without decent seat doesnt work. What is the best option for the seat that would have offroad style but still acceptable for long rides?

Your local upholstery shop is always an option. They can add some foam, make it a bit wider and recover it for you. You could even add a splash of color to it if you wanted.

I have no idea if Corbin or anyone else is mass producing these seats. There's a few big names out there in seat upgrade specialists.

I've actually been thinking of purchasing some upholstery tools and getting into the business. I already have the sewing machines and I do jacket and pants repair. We shall see.

I got a Corbin seat for my 2010 KLX 250S and it is outstanding. Spent a week in Colorado in late August riding offroad and tieing together the sections with some pavement time. As my buddies were alternating butt cheeks on their Honda and Suzuki seats on the highway, I just slid back a few inches to the wider part of the Corbin, smiled and enjoyed the scenery.

Speaking about Corbin - what is the difference with the stock in size and other parameters? Could you give numbers, please...

Please, owners of aftermarket seats, could you give sizes and how firm they are comparing to the stock.
