What the??? Look at this. I thought it was only available in Canada, and I thought they stopped making them a few years ago....Now I'm confused....but then again I'm always confused, so I guess it's business as usual.

What are you confused about?

I sat on the SF last Saturday at a dealer in San Diego.

I guess the confusion is that I didn't know that they even had the sm version of the KLX here in the states. I certainly have never seen one in the shops around here.

They have one at my local Kawasaki dealer. Price seems kind of steep.

Hi deej,

Are you going to do a sumo conversion? I bet that would be a lot of fun in the twisities! I would venture to guess that would be about $1000 minimum for a wheel set swap, ouch!

Paulson's is about 10 minutes from the house, might have to do some tire kicking and check it out.

Nooooo!must.......not..........go.....near....bike ...shop....blackhole....sucking... money....need...help!!

I must say they look cool but have never seen one other than pictures. Funny thing is I had the day off and almost stopped by Paulson's to gawk at bikes in general.

I check motorcycledaily.com regularly for this type of stuff. It's always fun watching the new models and updates get announced each fall.

The KLX supermoto was announced back in September:

HEAVY'S pic of the SM looks really cool! I don't get why they took such a cool looking bike and put a beaver tail off the back though. Trim it up, tuck it in what ever, just do something not like that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
