If you look real close the tailgate is already starting to look like the letter U. No thanks, besides that only works on low truck beds, on a real truck like mine you would have to use a staircase of tires.

Only two more years and its all mine. I swear this time I'm not getting another truck. I'm tired of payments. After all its a Diesel with only 100,000 miles on it. That's like 10,000 miles on a gas engine. Plus living only two miles from work and town I think I can keep the mileage down even farther.

Wasn't there a ramp right next to where he thrashed the bike onto the tailgate?
What a tool!

In the long run he'll spend 10 times more in rear window glass than a nice set of ramps. [&:]

Yes it's the 24 valve The earlier models with the 12 valve motors are good also, and with them you can change the HP just by moving a block in the fuel pump. I talked to a guy last year at the boat launch that is a mechanic and he said on the 12 valve motor he changed the block or the position and gained 100 hp. If I wanted to do that I would have to buy something electronic.

I used to do something similar. I would setup my ramp and thenride my heavy old 2 smoke dual sport up the ramp. I added a strap to the ramp when I under estimated once and gassed it on the ramp. The ramp flew out from the spiningtireand left me in a situation similar to the video, except I didn't make it. Still seemed safer than running atthe ramp, by myself, with both hands on the handle bars. I would have to let gowith one as the bike went up and guide it and then jump in all in one motion.

And yes, I always wore my helmet.
