One of the best looking KLXs out there, IMO. Love the black with the graphics and seat cover, and love the grey photoshop job he did of his bike. They both look awesome. Nice license plate mod- I may consider trying that before I do the whole taillight change.

So many people on this site have done changes I'd like to see from the factory.

 

Lets assume that you are dirt cheap though, how would you go about painting the stock plastics? Just blast away with the rattle can or would some prep be required?

 

Blast Away with a Rattle can and the paint will also blast away in a few days lol.. You need to roughen it,Spray Plastic Primer and all that stuff.. I would never paint a dirtbike though...

 

I am very happy with how the paint is holding up..... even been down a bunch of times..... all i did was go over it with a scotch brite pad, to roughen it, then cleaned it with alcohol, and used Krylon Fusion Plastic paint, no primer.... u can see how it looks....
