I was just treated to the most technical, tight, snotty, steep, scarry ride I have ever been on. The little KLX performed flawlessly. I had a CR250 that was not as nice to ride as the KLX. Tractor power pulled me up hills that would make me nervous on the CR. Sure the headlight does not point straight ahead anymore, the bars are bent, and mirrors, what mirrors. I am truely impressed with this little machine. The riding was a little out of my league, but this thing made me look like a vet.

 

it does do that for a lot of us.

 

 

Awesome, These babies are a dream to ride. I completely dusted a Harley through some twisties coming back down to NC from VA on route 89(Blue Ridge Mountains). I guess it's the light weight but Man it felt good to outhandle a street bike on a dirt bike with Knobbies.
