Since you're a tinkerin' feller, and a internet cruisin' feller...

I was wondering if you have thought about, looked up, asked around for, and know about any engine mods for the XT225. While I heavily doubt you can, beings its a mild little dual sport, I've been known to be wrong once or twice before. I also hate to under estimate the power of someone stuck in a garage with a bike they have no fear tearing down.

 

I don't know of any engine mods for the 225 as of yet, although I did the air mix screw mod and it helped the bike in starting and warming up faster. I would like to get a rack for the back, but other than that all my energy has gone into the KLX. Besides the bike is plenty powerful enough for my wife of 118 lbs. I wouldn't want to give her too much power since she's just learning.
