I would just the Kenda K270. I've driven mostly 90% on-road/10% off-road. They are lasting quite well with my driving and are just reaching the 50% wear mark after 2,400 miles on them.

I replaced the rear with a 606, and ended up raising my front forks in the triple tee to offset the increased wall height of the 606 from the 603.... worked well.

Great, another opportunity to post my Dunlop D606BS Ultra-Wide tire pic!

Amazing what that Dunlop looks like with 300 psi in it!

Thats whats on the KLX at the moment. TW301 and TW302. Great street tires with an off-road look. Not bad off-road but not great in sand. The manufacturers site states the tires are designed more for road with a dual sport look. They have a harder compound in the center with softer rubber on the sides for better wearability. So far they are great but I am building a spare set of wheels for the D606's for a more off-road set.

Kenda K270 is what I'll be putting on soon. Probably 70/30 street/dirt. For the price I don't think you can beat them.

Hey Mark, Kathy is looking at your rear end again.[8D] What's up you two? How's the weather down there?

+1 on the TW301 and 302s. I put a set on my dad's XT225 2 years ago. He's got 3700 miles on them, most of them street, and they still look good (1/2 tread). They're great hard-pack tires, and they aren't even that bad in mild mud. The new WR250R comes with these tires stock.
