Default Heel Guard

Didn't like the plastic one and had a bit time on my hands today so cut this one out of Alloy plate.

Looks good....I made one too.."sorry at work no pic" I took a Zeta one from a DRZ 400 and made a bracket to connect...turned out nice..

Cool! Now make some front brake tubing guards and market them. I'll try the first one out......for free. LOL

you just gave me a great idea....did you use a water jet cutter?....think i'll design something...number?...picture?...time to google image search some stencils...

Jig saw with an 18 tooth metal blade. Dot punch and various size drill bits for the inside radius. Old school method. And files of course.

Yeah I did it cos zeta don't do one for the US, CA model which is what we get here in NZ

its cool looking props for that but i have never run one on any pike i have had though

I don't normally either. It was a rainy day thing if you no what I mean. I'm happy how it turned out so I'll leave it on I think.

yeah i hear ya i have ton of projects like that in the winter i work out of my house as a diesel engine design consultant and have tons of free time lol, powercoat it to match the bike!
