Headlight gone dead?
I was attempting to install a new headlight on my 06' klx250s today. (link at bottom)... I was hoping the headlight was, so you say "plug and play", but I found the the stock headlight and the TMS HL-TMS-K were on totally different platforms, OEM being what seemed to be a plug-in, and the TMS HL-TMS-K having 4 wires i thought could be connected to my bike via shrink tubes. Disappointed, I reassembled the OEM one, before realizing that the damned thing wouldn't turn on along with the bike!! I went back and carefully looked everything over, and I'm positive I put everything back just as ive found it. I suspect I blew a fuse.
So I guess I have 2 questions.
Would the TMS HL-TMS-K and my 06' klx250s be modular with some sort of adapter? Also, do I have to send my bike to some repair shop and pay some over the top fee to get it working again? Where is the fusebox located on my bike? Link to replacement fuse?
Thanks!

There is a main fuse and another lighting fuse.
Do u know what the wattage is for the headlight unit, it is probably ok, but u really should not put a overwattage unit on the circuit.
Main fuse @ battery, then take the seat off, the other fuse box I believe is under there.
