Default RE: Handlebar Recommendations

Does anyone know the actual rise and sweep of our bars? I tried measuring my bars before I placed my order for the XR bend Pro=taper SE bars..I wanted something a little taller, but liked the sweep of the stock bars..I hope they are what I wanted...should be in later this week. Here's what I measured on the stock bars (to the best I could with measuring tape and a level)

width (tip to tip) was 785mm
height (from bottom of bar at clamp to bottom of bar at outside end of grip--vertical height) was 50mm
rise (length of slope between clamp area and where bend starts for grip area) was 35mm
clamp area (length of straight bar in clamp area) was 150mm (clamps are 110 outside to outside)
sweep (the amount of bend in the grips towards the rear of the bike) was 90mm

I don't know how accurate this was, but I used this info when sourcing out an appropriate bar for what I wanted to achieve.

Hey, cool, THANKS! Just as I was wondering if these measurements wereanywhere and about to go out to the KLX with a ruler! I'm looking for new bars as well, considering the pro-taper CR hi bend. I'll use your measurements to help make my decision.

O+matic, go ahead and use them if you wish, but like I said, I dunno how accurate these are, it was a little sketchy trying to measure the height (in particular) balancing a level across the clamps in one hand and a beer and the measuring tape in the other. good luck.

sorry for the double-post, but I meant to ask (maybe a little late now) but how much taller can we go with the bars before running into cable troubles? ie throttle, clutch, cables binding or not reaching? I always think of these issues after the fact. thanks.
