Paulson's Lacey store parts called and my muzzy, needle, jets, snorkel, 13 tooth cs sprocket, and k&n are waiting for me. Ryan in parts hooked me up with all the right stuff! this dude knows these klx250s well.

well, you kind of got the idea. But I'm glad you didn't mod the fender like I'm gonna mine. My way will clean it up even more.I'm not really diggin what you did tbh.I won't tell you how I'm gonna cut mine but there is such a sweet line to cut, you gotta be blind not to see it. Hopefully, I can pick up a dremel this weekend and get it done.

Hey "The Hoov" welcome to the forums, first of all congrats on the new bike, and you will have so much fun on that bike that you will never want to go home. I find myself taking the long way home everyday. Which by the way is 3 miles instead of less than 2[8D] Second, you need to get a photobucket account so you can upload to that site, and download to here and have the pictures show up right in the post. IT was torture having to click twice and then close twice to see each of the pictures. Here is an example of what you can do with a linking account like photobucket. (deej shamelessly inserts his latest ride report as an example)

Looks a lot better without all that plastic hanging down - so tell us about the skid plate, is it homemade?

Looks good, definitely too much rear fender in stock form. I'm sure they hang down that farbecause the Kawi lawyers said they had to. Skid plate looks good too. I have a cardboard mock up of one I want to fab up one of these days.
