The first time I had the cam replaced because the compression release was rattling,and the second time it was the cam chain adjuster. Both according to the dealer were really normal sounds, but I pushed and they conceded. I have an awesome shop that listens to the customer.

I didn't write the details in the service area of my book, wish I had now, but the cam was replaced around 2000 miles and the chain adjuster was at the 5000 mark.
