ORIGINAL: cwgoff

Here's the updated list as of 3:40pm EST:

1. cwgoff
2. ginsu4u
3. EMS_0525
4. jeepphamilee
5. doubled6
6. coolchange
7. mnmadness
8. RU2112SH
9. JB1
10. Divodave
11. UTRoss
12.vfrpilot
13. Dirtsurfer (top only)
14. marc11
15. mmatz
16. mikem1965

Not a bad count for the first 8 hours or so of name gathering. I don't think we would have the same response for an organize group buy for KTMs. Maybe we would, though, if we were getting those at cost too.
I'm in also.

I only had a limited amount of time to keep up with this topic today, but here's some thoughts....

First of all....Thanks Chris, but don't go pinning any flowers on me until I can at least supply some finished product pics.

Secondly, I don't want to take anything away from the original design, but I "think" that I can do this as a one piece unit, which would do 2 things. It would save fabrication time, and it "should" make the use of the 2 mounting bolts of the original design all that is needed for support and/or strength. I haven't worked the bugs out of my idea yet, but if it's feasible, then it might keep the cost down a bit.

Chris is fairly close to me, so I think it best to send him the finished product, as well as post detailed pics here, for approval.

Hopefully there will be enough area in the material to engrave Mike's disclaimer.

Bear with me, my race team guys are coming up tomorrow to help me finish our new LSR race bike that MUST be done by the end of the month...but I should be able to get some kind of price idea pretty quickly.
