1 US gallon = 3.785 litres
So $A1.28/l = $A4.85/g = $US3.88/g

I don't know since its been a couple of months since I went to the gas station. But does anyone remember when Diesel was $5.15 last year? That makes $3.00 look good. And that's where they get you. Sometimes I day dream about a time when we run out of oil and all the big oil fat cats are living in a van down by the river!!!

Deej, remember when we got gas for our Hodakas for less than 50 cents a gallon? But of course, it needed some oil mixed in. The sad part ...that wasn't really that long ago.

Super Rat, Combat Wombat, B+ ? Ahh the chrome toasters. I wish things were so simple and affordable as they once were. I used to have this thing called a Solex it was a funky moped thing with the engine mounted directly over the front wheel. It had a 1L fuel capacity. I never even bought gas for it. Back then gas stations closed at night. I could just drain a few pump hoses into the tank add a cap full of two stroke oil and off I went.
