there is a red labled line from bottom of gas tank and a blue labled line to some apparatus that leads to the front of the carb.

Can i remove this and cap the two gas tank outlets and the carb inlet?

What is this stuff for?

can you post pics? You don't want to remove anything from the tank.Those are vents and drains that you need.

I got it figured out. I have a CA model so I removed everything and capped everything. But the blue and red drain holes on the tank bottom just routed hose to bottom of bike with other overflow hoses. So finally, I got it all figured out on why I been so confused. My bike had a bunch more crap on it!
