With the 13-45 gears I can actually use 6th gear and still accelerate. I like the really tight trails, and I also like going slower than most, the lower 1st gear is awesome for that. Eventually I will go to a 14-48 which is the same as the 13-45 but it relieves the front to lessen the chain wear. Oh in case anyone is interested I hit the 4000 mile mark this week. The front tire is still the original 603 and still has about 40% left and the back one is my second tire and is a 606 with about 50% left. I have a full set of the Kenda K270 tires sitting in my workshop up at work, but I am going to change both of the tires at the same time.

 

Stock I hada high of 62 mpg. With the mods in my sig I average 52-58 depending on how much I open it up on the road. Just pure trail bombing in 2nd and 3rd gear I've dropped down to probably 45 mpg. My daily commute though was about 10 miles of 55+ and 5 miles of 45 and under for speedlimits. I bet if i was just cruising around town I'd be back up over 60 mpg.
